Down Time For Lucy
Living full time with Lucy has become a joy. She has the cutest personality and does so many things to make me laugh each day, I like having her around. She got into something last week in the back yard and before I could get it out of her mouth, it was swallowed. I came home from work to find my poor puppy covered in pooh in her bed. She was quite ill. I got her into the tub, after a nice bath, which she did not complain about, I called the vet. She was so patient with the vet, who kneels down to her level because she is a "low rider." When she went to get an injection, Lucy wanted to look out the window, which is like shoulder hight. I picked her up and was holding her when the vet came back and she thought that was quite cute. Lucy is back to her bouncy self. I had to get her a shock collar to get her to quit going potty on the carpet, and quit digging at the rugs. It does not work. Her and Timmie are getting along better. They see each other from opposite sides of the baby gate and paw at each other. This picture is of Lucy relaxing under the coffee table that acts as a computer desk right now, as I played online on a day off. Look how HUGE her paws are. Lucy is always by my side.
